As soon as the leaves begin to turn, the café changes pace. Game season has long been the great autumn tradition at Café de l’Union and one of the reasons guests make the journey to our village in La Côte.
An entirely homemade game menu
Saddle of venison, red deer medallions and slow-cooked confit cuts: the meat is prepared in our kitchen, the sauces are built from our own stocks, and all garnishes are made in-house. Spätzli, chestnuts, pears poached in wine and red berries accompany each plate, rooted in tradition but prepared with the same precision as the rest of our à la carte menu.
Just minutes from Nyon, Coppet and Geneva
Our country restaurant is in Crans-près-Céligny, in the Nyon district. It is easy to reach from Nyon, Coppet, Founex, Céligny, Gland and Divonne, and around twenty minutes from Geneva. Parking is straightforward, which is not always the case in town at this time of year.
Wines to match
