What the guide recognises above all is consistency. Stocks and sauces made in our kitchen, vegetables selected with the seasons, whole cuts of meat and fish prepared in-house, and desserts made on site. Nothing theatrical: simply consistency and flavour, day after day.
Between tradition and bistro-style cooking
Our menu embraces both sides of our identity. There are the great classics that generations of guests have come here for, alongside more refined, more detailed plates in which world cuisine takes on a bistro-style, and sometimes gastronomic, character depending on what is available. The CHF 25 daily lunch menu is prepared with exactly the same standards as the evening menu.
A country restaurant just minutes from town
We are in Crans-près-Céligny, between Lake Geneva and the vineyards, just minutes from Nyon, Coppet and Founex and around twenty minutes from Geneva. Many guests come here precisely for what the city does not always offer: a warm dining room, a peaceful terrace, a generous wine cellar of local and international wines, and a team that takes its time.
