Domaine La Capitaine
A family estate for nine generations, Domaine La Capitaine has cultivated exceptional organic and biodynamic wines since 1994, respecting nature while combining tradition, expertise and modernity. It was the first Vaud wine estate to receive organic certification from Bio Suisse.
Crans-près-Céligny
Château de Crans
Just a short walk from Café de l’Union, Château de Crans cultivates 12.7 hectares of vines overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps. Certified Bio Suisse Bud and farmed biodynamically, the estate has been shaped for more than 20 years by Gilles Pilloud with the same commitment: to reveal the terroir.

Domaine du Centaure
The estate has always been family-owned. Its 20 hectares stretch mainly across the Donzelle hillside and the slope overlooking the Château de Dardagny. All wines are made on the estate, with respect for biodiversity and the balance of the terroir.
